Private City Tour

We offer the availability of a whole tour bus for you own exclusive tour of Oxford on the regular route. This can be with a live English Speaking Guide or the use of our automatic commentary in up to 11 languages all running simultaneously. A standard tour lasts one hour.

We can collect you at any of the 20 regular stops or at a point in the city to suit yourself.

If you are arriving by your own charter coach we suggest you plan to meet at the Railway Station where adequate room is available to change vehicles. In addition there are toilets, food outlets and cash machines available.

Tour buses seat 75 passengers with 45 upstairs and 30 downstairs.

Live English speaking guide plus £45.
Live foreign language speaking guide plus £95.

Tour Buses seat up to 75 people: 45 upstairs and 30 downstairs.
We offer live guides in one language of you choice, or an automatic commentary offering up to 13 different languages delivered simultaneously, for multi-lingual groups travelling together. Please state any languages you require to ensure we can supply them for you. Live guides are subject to availability, particularly foreign languages.

Payment

Due two weeks before travel for all pre-booked activities unless you have agreed credit terms with us.

Cancellation Fees

10 days or more in advance - No charge.
6-9 days in advance - 10% of full price.
3-5 days in advance - 25% of full price.
1-2 days in advance - 50% of full price.
Day of service - 75% of full price.
1 hour before departure - 85% of full price.
After departure - 100% of full price.

Cancellation due to inclement weather conditions will be charged as above.

Private Hire

If you need an open top bus for a special event please call us. We are often at weddings and horserace meetings. We can also provide a very visual platform for celebrations such as winning sports teams parades or just a grandstand to enjoy an outdoor event.
