EXCELLENT Based on 725 reviews Sue B1 June 2025Verified Enjoyable day in Oxford on bus your Enjoyed the day riding the hop on hop off bus tour in Oxford! I listened to the audio tour part of the day, then had two other excellent live tour guides providing us with information. Greg was great, could go a bit slower so the listener has time to hearveverything, otherwise, very good educational tour!! Clairebear16731 May 2025Verified Very enjoyable and informative Fab tour guide called Andy the hat. Lots of interesting stories and fun facts imparted. Thoroughly enjoyed. Would recommend Shaz544529 May 2025Verified Sight Seeing Bus Tour We went on a live sight seeing, we had started to listen to the information on the supplied ear phones but found it irritating as they were children talking to me like a child, suddenly realised that a man on the bus was giving a running commentary which was so much better, would recommend LIVE rather then the bus commentary MrsSWBrennan24 May 2025Verified Excellent way to see & learn about Oxford Excellent bus tour, providing lots of information & giving a good overview of the city. We then joined the free walking tour, with the lovely Julia Cameron who was so knowledgeable & friendly & pointed out more interesting places to visit which we would have missed. Ian R23 May 2025Verified A really informative tour, and our guide Lesley made it really enjoyable. We did the walking tour that is included in the hop-on-hop-off bus tour. The content/tour was great and our guide Lesley was brilliant. Lesley was very knowledgeable, and just a lovely person. She made the tour really enjoyable and gave us loads on info on the history of the buildings/locations we were seeing. ME S20 May 2025Verified Quick and Easy Tour of Oxford This was our first visit to Oxford, and we wanted to go to the Bodelian Library. The City Sightseeing Bus offered the quickest tour of town, and we knew where to exit the bus for the library. Nik Phillips, our driver, was so helpful in letting us know where to head after getting off the bus. Thank you, Nik. You are an asset to your city. Nina G20 May 2025Verified Wonderful way of seeing Oxford! The 'hop-on-hop-off bus' was a wonderful way of seeing the famous landmarks of Oxford and also a fun way of hearing about all its History and learning about all the famous people it has produced around the world. Our wonderful guide, Greg, was very knowledgeable and full of wit and humour. The views from the top deck was second to none - especially if you like taking shots from high above like me! Thank you Greg, for sharing your local knowledge with us. We also visited 'Lower Slaughter' in Cotswold and enjoyed it just as you said we would! :-) Amber S20 May 2025Verified Accessible and Entertaining We really enjoyed our day sightseeing in the city. My sister is a wheelchair user and we didn't have any accessibility issues (although no carer discount). It's worth trying to catch a tour with a live guide. Shout out to our guide Greg and bus driver Peter who were brilliant! Wanderer6461449898418 May 2025Verified Best way to see any city and especia Oxford. We got onto the bus at an intermediate stop and the driver Linda was very courteous and efficient giving our tickets even though wifi inside the bus was not strong. She knew and put the box outside the windows and got it done. During our 2 day trip we ran into Linda several times and she recognized us very easily and was very friendly. Tour itself was good and lasted 1 hour each trip. We got hopped on and off several times. The buses came as advertised every 15 minutes. Thanks citysightseeing tour. Sue@Al16 May 2025Verified Oxford city tour! A very interesting and enjoyable experience. Thank you!Learned a lot about the history of various colleges! Easy hop-on hop-off access. Staff very friendly!
