City Sightseeing Oxford has partnered with six leading attractions for its biggest summer Passport Trail yet.
Through until Wednesday 30th September, customers on board the iconic, open-top buses can collect stamps from six locations across Oxford, take part in fun activities, and earn a prize certificate.
Building on last year’s resounding success, the Passport Trail now includes six of Oxford’s most iconic attractions: Carfax Tower; Ashmolean Museum; Modern Art Oxford; Museum of Natural History, University of Oxford; Pitt Rivers Museum, and The Story Museum.
Tailored for children aged between two and eight, families can pick up their passport from City Sightseeing Oxford’s Visitor Information Point on High Street, the Gloucester Green travel shop, Carfax Tower or ticket sellers on Broad Street or at Oxford Rail Station.
The Oxford Explorer’s Passport Trail is built into City Sightseeing Oxford’s hop-on, hop-off route, making it easy for families to enjoy the fun.

“Free for anyone with a City Sightseeing Oxford ticket, the Passport Trail will allow families to explore Oxford together and create lasting memories.
“Rain or shine, it’s one of the best activities families can do together in Oxford this summer. And for families bringing their dogs, all well-behaved pooches are welcome on board our City Sightseeing buses.”
Once at least four stamps have been collected, participants can return to the Visitor Information Point, Gloucester Green travel shop or Carfax Tower and claim their very own certificate.
Pitt Rivers Museum is offering Passport Trail explorers 10 per cent off all purchases in its shop when they present a stamped passport. The discount is subject to the terms and conditions of the Pitt Rivers Museum and cannot be combined with other promotions.
City Sightseeing Oxford has also launched a discounted family ticket, available for a limited time only at £49 for up to two adults and three children. The ticket usually costs £57 and the offer makes exploring Oxford’s iconic landmarks and rich history via the hop-on, hop-off bus tour even easier. It includes 24 hours of unlimited travel on the City Sightseeing Oxford buses and access to the Passport Trail.
