CSSO £1 Carer Ticket – Terms and Conditions – Summer 2025
At City Sightseeing Oxford, we believe everyone should be able to enjoy the sights of our beautiful city. That’s why we’re proud to offer a £1 Carer Ticket to support visitors who require assistance during their tour. This special rate helps make our open-top experiences more accessible and inclusive for all.
Eligibility:
- The £1 Carer Ticket is available when a member of your party requires support to access our services.
- Only one £1 carer ticket may be issued per paying passenger who requires assistance.
- The ticket is only valid on our 24-Hour Hop On Hop Off tour product.
Accepted Proof of Eligibility:
To access the £1 Carer Ticket, you will need to show one of the following forms of ID or documentation at the time of booking or boarding
- Valid and in date UK Carer Card – https://www.carerscarduk.co.uk/
- Disability Living Allowance (DLA) or Child DLA
- Personal Independence Payment (PIP) award letter or payment book
- Carer’s Allowance or Attendance Allowance letter of award
- Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)
- Valid Blue Badge or Credibility Access Card
- Certificate of Visual Impairment (CVI) or BD8
- Proof of entitlement to Child Disability Payment
- Access Card, Young Scot card, or disabled bus pass indicating carer eligibility
International Visitors:
We’re happy to accept equivalent documentation from overseas. If you’re unsure whether your documents are valid for this offer, please call us in advance on 01865 790522 to confirm.
How to Book:
- Carer Tickets can only be purchased in person.
- Please ensure supporting documentation is available at the time of booking or boarding.
Conditions:
- The £1 Carer Ticket is valid only when accompanying a fare-paying customer who requires care.
- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts.
- City Sightseeing Oxford reserves the right to refuse the discounted fare if appropriate documentation is not provided.
