Terms & Conditions: City Sightseeing Oxford & BMW Mini Plant Combo Ticket
At City Sightseeing Oxford, we aim to provide clear guidelines for our combined bus tour and BMW Mini Plant experience. Please review the following terms and conditions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit.
Ticket Validity & Usage:
- The bus portion of the ticket is valid for 24 hours from the time it is redeemed. Otherwise, it is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- The Mini Plant tour is valid for the date and time of the booking.
- Mini tours are Mondays-Thursdays, closed for 3 weeks in summer (dates TBC).
- City Sightseeing Oxford tours are closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day.
- BMW Mini Plant will be closed from Friday, August 8th, to August 31st, 2025.
Inclusions
- Open-top bus tour.
- 45-minute walking tour (in English).
- 100-minute guided tour of the Mini Plant (in English).
- Option to add a return on a 500 local bus for £3 per person. This add-on can be added at a later date if the booking for the Mini tour is made on a different date.
- £5 discount for adults compared to purchasing both tickets separately.
- £4 discount for seniors and students compared to buying both tickets separately.
Redemption Process
- For the bus part, customers will receive a voucher with a QR code, which can be either emailed to customers or printed in store.
- Mini Plant tour customers receive an email.
- The combo ticket is available for purchase at VIP and GG locations.
- Booking is required for the Mini Plant Tour.
- The booking process is through the BMW website.
- Customer details (email and name) must be entered on the booking platform.
Logistical Details
- Customers need to show proof of purchase for both services (bus and Mini Plant tour).
- Payment will be collected in full by City Sightseeing, and invoices will be sent out every month for the service date.
Restrictions
- The combo is not wheelchair accessible.
- Bus Adult: 16 years and older.
- Children 5-15 years old are excluded from the combo ticket.
- Senior: 65 years and older.
- Mini Plant tour: no under 14 years.
Key Dates
- Launch: 1st of June.
- The agreement is valid from 1st June until 2nd November 2025.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Mini Plant tours depend on the production schedule, and tours may be cancelled if necessary.
- In such cases, customers will be notified, and they will have the option to receive a refund for the BMW plant tour only or reschedule the tour for a later date.
- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts.
- City Sightseeing Oxford reserves the right to refuse the discounted fare if appropriate documentation is not provided.
