1. All sales are final. Tickets cannot be exchanged or money refunded, other than in exceptional circumstances. If your ticket was purchased through a 3rd party agent, you should request any variation or refund through said agent.
2. In order to protect ourselves from fraud, e-vouchers presented to our employees must show the company with which the e-vouchers were originally purchased from, your name, e-voucher reference code, and the ticket types. City Sightseeing Oxford staff will need to collect this information in order to redeem the voucher successfully. We reserve the right to refuse e-vouchers that do not show this information.
3. Online tickets are purchased on the understanding that the ticket confirmation contains a pre-paid voucher which must be redeemed for a valid ticket to travel on arrival in Oxford.
4. The ticket to travel is valid for use on the City Sightseeing tour of Oxford only for 12 months from purchase. 48-hour tickets must be used on consecutive days.
5. Pre-paid vouchers or tickets to travel obtained from an unauthorised source, stolen, copied illegally or counterfeit will be seized and cancelled without compensation.
6. The ticket to travel remains the property of the company and must be made available for inspection by the driver, guide or any official of the company on demand. It is the responsibility of the customer to look after these tickets throughout their visit, as we will be unable to reissue them if lost.
7. Family tickets are not issued as individual tickets therefore groups must stay together at all times with the purchase of such a ticket.
8. City Sightseeing Oxford will make every effort to maintain a regular and frequent service (both bus tours and walking tours), but does not guarantee to do so. City Sightseeing Oxford shall not be in any way liable to the ticket holder for loss, damage, inconvenience or delay in consequence of any failure, alteration, suspension, cancellation or termination of service.
9. At the management’s discretion, in exceptional circumstances, should a refund be agreed to, then this will be subject to a minimum administration fee of £5.
10. Retaining your ticket will entitle you to 10% off your next City Sightseeing branded tour ticket. The 10% discount must be used within 12 months. Similarly, if you present a City Sightseeing branded operator tickets from any other such operator in the world, you would be entitled to 10% off of your ticket cost. We are unable to provide a discount if presented with non-City Sightseeing branded tour tickets.
11. A child is aged between 5 and 15 years. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
12. Should you have any reason to complain, kindly note this needs to be done within 30 days of date of travel. Any complaints must be accompanied by the details of your City Sightseeing Oxford tour ticket and emailed to us at info@citysightseeingoxford.com
